Your Role

As an Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless execution of business processes, optimize workflows, and provide strategic support to our founder and team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational tasks and improve internal processes
• Identify and implement AI tools and automation to streamline workflows across the company
• Coordinate with different departments to optimize workflows
• Support business strategy execution
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years in operations, project management, or business administration
• Hands-on experience improving processes with AI tools
• Fluent German (C1 or above)
• Fluent English (C1 or above)
• Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany
• Valid EU work authorization
